This application is designed to help us learn a little about you and your family. We would like to discuss with you what, in our experience, might work or not work with a particular dog as it relates to your basic lifestyle or home environment.

We appreciate your assistance in making sure these wonderful animals and friends find the perfect new home. If the dog you apply for is determined to be a poor fit for your lifestyle we can direct you to other dogs, both in our system and elsewhere, who are also looking for forever homes.

In order to be considered for an adoption, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the knowledge and consent of all adults living in your household
  • Have verifiable identification (Drivers License, ID card, etc)
  • Have landlord’s consent (in writing) to bring an animal onto your rental property
  • Understand that we have the right to deny or accept your application at our discretion

Agree to having all references checked and veterinary information verified
